Anthony Willmington (pictured) and Andy White driving their New Look Mitsubishi EVO win the event for the second time in 3 years. With a winning margin of just 5 seconds, the Dorset based crew enjoyed a nip and tuck battle over the 17 stages with local crew James Harvey/ Paul Arberry (third) and London based father and son crew Wug and Douglas Utting who took the runners up spot. Leading Hankook Peugeot 205 challengers were Robert Wilson/Dylan Jenkins taking a fine 6th overall. The father and son team of Steve and Ben Cressey took the champagne for the BMW Rwd challenge with 9th o/a.
At the finish "Wilmo" and White were absolutley delighted with their performance in what is a Group N car. "The woods are fantastic here in the southwest; we came here for a run out, never expecting victory but this win has given the whole team a boost - perfect timing as we are out on the Bulldog in a fortnight's time", commented Anthony.
